Start to notice:
Are you letting your circumstances define you?
Or do you recognize that you can change your environment and try again…
Start somewhere new,
Is it better to know where you are even if it's not where you want to be?
If you do feel stuck...
What if you slowed down to figure it out, instead of fighting so hard?

The New Me
Just as the Sun has risen to save my day
I feel the coolness as it is setting
The pleasure of the Moon
To set in motion the rising tide of the
The new Me.
I stand here in gratitude for all of the amazing people in my life. I have so much love and support; my biggest hurdle is myself at this point. I think the excitement of growth can make us forget how much fuel it takes to grow in the first place. And how much it takes to keep going. I know everyone knows what I mean! It's because we forget that we are already in the perfect place!
So, what I am saying is...we got this! We are all in this together, let's try to remember that as we go through our growth spurts in life. And most of all, thank you for all of the love, support, encouragement, feedback, guidance and straight up L O V E to all of my OMies out there.

Courage, and believing in myself have come slowly but surely as I dive deeper into my whys and let the flow of life take over. It feels so much sweeter this way. And it does feel like watching that drip of honey that falls soin carefully, and perfectly into whatever it is going into.
It’s not enough that other people believe in us. In fact, it mostly does not matter. We have to believe in ourselves the most. As we watch the people in our lives, they either help us evolve, or bring us down. There is no in between. And from this place, we are able to interpret and take what we need as we seek treasures that fill us up, so we can ultimately give back. And this cycle continues, this slow drip of give and take, and growth and evolution.
Did you know bees do a little dance to signal where to go for pollen? They also signal each other against hidden danger. What if we acted more like bees?
